Working with Tom Humphries was a pleasure. Being a first time business/franchise owner is frightening, with everything you have to learn and an ever growing check list, it can be maddening at times. Tom took the fear out of this step in opening our business. Tom was so patient and explained every detail in the ordering, manufacturing, and installation process of our sign. 360 Signs definitely over delivered! Tom is great to work with and 360 Signs has completed the job with time to spare and at a great price. We love to work with companies that take care of their customers and answer their calls and emails. Long after the sign was completed and installed, the electrical contractor installed the power. One of the signs didn't light up. Tom was right there to let them know where they went wrong and it was fixed immediately. We will definitely use 360 signs at our next location. Thanks Tom for a great experience.
