The service here is good and they've gotten me great rates for my policy. My agent needs to work on his timelines though, since he's really bad at calling you back in a timely manner; if he calls back at all.

Worse insurance agent EVER!!!!!!! If i could leave 0 stars i would. This place is a scam!!! Nothing but insurance fraud goes on in this business. They have been sued by multiple insurance companies. They have horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THEM FOR INSURANCE!! You are better off ELSEWHERE!!! The only thing they are good for is for people with horrible driving records and even then you will be scammed out of money!!!!

I want to thank Dan for the exceptional service he gave me today. I got a text from him letting me know that Arbella ( the insurance company I had), was no longer insuring in my area, and that at midnight- I would not be insured. I was freaking out! ( I never got any kind of notice from Arbella). It was 5:30 pm and Dan set me up with another company and reassured me that everything would be fine. He was so nice and I couldn't be more pleased with him. He was amazing! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

the worse agent in town. if you are looking for an agent PLEASE DO NOT go here. they never return your call or answers the phone. they are forever busy, busy doing nothing. so disappointed with them. horrible agency.

Erick Ore is the best! He is always so helpful and provides excellent service at all times. I have never been provided with such care at any other business. He has definitely saved me money with my auto insurance and he is always available to help. I just want to say thank you so much Erick. I would recommend a better insurance agency to any and everyone especially if they share Erick's personality and job ethic! :)

Have been dealing with Tammy for a few years now. Her customer service is above and beyond expected.I never had an agent who responds so quickly and worries about my insurance as much as she does. She did a full review of my coverage at no cost, that's when I learned that what I had was not enough.After she checked everything, she was able to save me money even with better coverage :-) Not going anywhere.

The worst place EVER! Heed my warning, DO NOT get insurance from this company. They never answer the phone, don't return phone calls and if you do talk to someone, they have the WORST customer service EVER!I saw the reviews and thought I would give it a shot since the rate that I was getting was so great. The saying "you get what you pay for" is there for a reason. They messed everything up from the start and now I'm paying the price for not following my gut. Woe is me!
