Absolutely the worst. The " night shift" aide was supposed to be in moms room attending her but instead mom fell out of bed and needed 911 lift assistance. Their response was that "it was an unfortunate incident" - do not trust this agency with your loved ones care. The aide was " stretching her legs" ? Really- that's why the tv in another room was on a different channel than I had left it on - she wasn't even in the room with mom. I will write reviews on every web site in this entire state if I can prevent just one " unfortunate incident" .
