Client Review on AAA Somerset

I did not conduct RMV services but had the luxury of seeing another customer rudely treated today. I have used the branch in South Attleboro until today. I will not be going back to the Somerset location ever. The vibe when you walk in is so negative, employees are "bothered" to answer any questions or to do their job. I heard them all complain about every little thing they needed to do. People waiting to book vacations were sitting and watching it all.... Go spend your money at another branch! Laziest and rudest employees at a AAA branch I have ever encountered. The RMV has a better vibe! I was there to renew my AAA membership and buy a few tickets. Only thing that went well was the transaction. One of the 5 employees was polite. Won't be long until she picks up the bad attitude and customer service.
