Client Review on ABC Marketing

ABC Printing/Marketing is basically just an over priced print shop. I walk in there the other day to have a simple file on my memory card printed. One single text print is all I needed, very simple. I usually do it myself and it takes me a whole 2 mins, but my printer was out of ink and I needed the copy right away. Well, ABC told me that it would cost me $15!!! I thought they were joking. $15 for a piece of paper?! The woman went on to tell me how much work it was to download my file on their system, etc, etc, etc... She must of thought she was dealing with someone who is completely computer illiterate. I've taken IT courses, been doing Internet Marketing for years, building websites for local business, SEO, etc. I told her that it's a simple task and she knew it and please do not talk to me like I'm an idiot.Conclusion. I went down the road to another printer and he did it for free. I handed him a couple dollars and a thank you.
