A toxic experienceCalling the number to get a simple quote on an embroidery turns into a nightmare. I start asking general questions in regards to pricing and custom logo designs and I start getting asked about thread counts, I ask for a general price and an idea from the size only to get a horrendous response.I am told he can say any price but to take him the logo in an aggressive manner only to be hung up seconds later.Not Takin My Money

Ace Embroidery is the best choice. I took my son’s school backpack and lunch bag to get his name embroidered for his very first day of Kindergarten and he make it quickly and well even with my short notice (the day before).I didn’t have to explain him to much what we wanted because he already knew it and he did it perfectly and for a good price. And of course he was very kind. My son is happy and me too!

Ace was amazing! He completed the embroidery job within one day so my granddaughter would have her backpack with her monogram, ready to start 2nd grade on Wednesday! He embroidered what several other places said they couldn't and it turned out beautifully! Thank you Ace!
