Pretty awful service. We waited a MONTH for shirt and truck wrap designs. They could not hit a deadline to save their lives and when we asked to see what they had so far they had not even started! Stay away

Aces all color I went to aces for some cups to be engraved for my wedding mind u i dropped off 16 cups total five of them were swig cups I dropped off three berry colored and two purple colored mind you the colors of my wedding are purple and pink they have had my cups for over two months I have been in several times to pick everything up and every time it is not done I sent Tony prill the owner a message on Tuesday letting him know that I would be in today Thursday at 9 AM to pick them up I got there and they were not done Apparently a few of the Cups got ruined and he needed to replace them he replaced them with a totally different brand and they were black I sent him a message back letting him know that they were not going to work they are not what I brought in and they did not have lids he went to Hallmark and replace the 5 cups with the swig cups and I told him they needed to match the wedding pink and purple so today after the mixup he offered to deliver them to my work I receive them this afternoon and none of them are the right color I told him he needed to do something to make this right not only were the 5 cups the wrong color the engraving on the cups are crooked we also asked for the logos to be bigger as they look too small on the bigger cups that did not happen I sent him the copies of the emails of proof so another words do not shop at this company he is not willing to do anything to fix this he told me he is willing to refund my money for the engraving But I have to bring him back all of the cups and I am fine with that but he is not willing to pay me for the cost of the cups to begin with as of right now we have over $1000 invested into these cups and he is not willing to make it right I will post a picture of his response very unprofessional sorry for the long post I think this needs to be shared all over and he needs to lose business. He keeps telling me I am just trying to get something for nothing that is not the case I brought in pink and purple cups for my special day and received the total opposite of what I brought in Please share this all over i would have not paid for them but we paid in full when we dropped them off!

Had 2 sets of hats done, had great support as it was my first time and unsure of possibilities. Had lettering done on all 4 sides and it came out Fantastic. Parent that tried the same pat year at a different location couldn't believe the quality and speed.
