Overall Feedback:

The staff, is friendly enough, but it takes forever and ever to finally reach someone. Then when you do you get a recording saying to leave a message and they will call you back but they don't. My husband has been approved for a power wheelchair and they said they had to order it. We've been trying to get one for around 10 months now. I am so frustrated!
