I have used this agency twice. My first visit was to change the name on my car title after getting married. No issues. However on my second visit to change the name on my license I was very disappointed. After assuring me they could complete the change (and after taking my money + their $27 convenience fee), I received a call that they could no longer change names due to Real ID. No problem. The issue I have is that they kept the majority of their fee! You didn’t complete the service, why do you get to keep a “convenience” fee? I now need to go to the DMV and pay again- not really convenient. Overall frustrating experience and will not be going back.
