Horrible customer service, it's like you annoy them by just walking in there. Had an issue that couldn't be resolved, which wasn't even the brunt of the problem, but the attitudes towards me as a customer was beyond rude. If you're going to talk about a customer, wait until they've left the store. Less than 5 minutes in there and I will never do any business there again!

heavy set women was extremely rude. Already had a prepaid shipping label and she started questioning everything and what was inside as if it was any of her business. We ship thousands of packages a year with UPS and can easily switch to USPS or FEDEX. We dont need the hasstle.

Wonderful experience. Manager assisted me with documentation in such a pleasant and professional manner and the gentleman who notarized material was so helpful as well. I really appreciate the great service!!

Awful place. Went to do shredding a service they told me they offer. Secure bins full. You ha e to leave your important private documents in the open. Garbage store. Will never go back

Standard pack & ship place. Slightly pricy for them to pack my item, but straightforward if not the speediest possible. Parking extremely challenging here (all the options take longer than ideal if you don't get lucky with a street space on Putnam AV)
