3 days out of the week were not getting a paper, received the bill and was not credited as I was told and a rate increase of 10 dollars more. Gonna cancel

Delivery problems continue to plague me. Even when I don't get a paper and call in I do not get a paper until very late in the day. Do not know if I will get one today at all. It is now 11 AM.
