Very Disturbing Interview with Human Resources - I have worked in numerous call centers in the past 10-15 years and have interviewed hundreds of times for call centers and I was dumbfounded by the interview with HR of ONLY 3 questions and to answer them with the STAR response!!! Seriously??? This is how you prove someone is good enough to work at AD??? What a complete joke!!! You need to take a good look at your HR department. In reading some reviews of the companies reviews, it became apparent to me that your HR lacks some REAL staff that knows not know how to recruit among-st not discriminating toward the "older" job seekers. I am so glad I was offered a job with a company that has integrity and actually took the time to get to know me a little bit and didn't base my interview questions on some BS STAR system response because the recruiter doesn't know how to really interview!!! That's what that tells me. She is either lazy or just doesn't get it.
