Leslie (I think) was very unprofessional and not polite at all, they made a mistake on a cancelation date (with correct letter sent) and didn't want to fix THEIR issue, hang up the phone on me and worse NEVER took back the call.... SHAME ON YOU, years of service in the garbage for a childish behavior like this, you are corporate sweetie, not a backyard lady, keep the posture next time.
