Best agent and insurance company I have EVER dealt with!!! After a TERRIBLE claim with Progressive when someone at Publix backed up into me, taking over 3 months to get my car looked at and fixed, and rate increases brought me to work with Alan and Karen in their office. They gave me a quote, which was about what I already paid, but the difference between a local agent and a 1-800 is NIGHT and DAY! The reason that brought me to write this review is two weeks after I signed up with Alan I had my car broken into and had my student text books and laptop stolen. Alan took care of me in 1 phone call and I had my broken window fixed the next day before a rainstorm came through!!! Thank you Alan!!!!!!!!

Alan did a fantasic job getting us coverage!! I emailed him my info and he called me with a quote. Saved me over $3000 a year by switching to Allstate!! And I have much better coverage than I had with my old company. Thank you Alan!!
