Changed my bill date without permission, had super bad attitudes and after I questions of he they charged 300 dollars extra one month they stopped picking up my calls. Worst experience I ever had with these people, this women should not be in business period. I hope she goes threw half the stuff she put me threw. I started paying 500 a month then they moved it out of no where to 800 I quickly went to geico havent had problems since :p
