Had Allstate for my insurance company and nothing but issues and problems from day 1. First they didn't set my account up correctly and it took them over a month to get on track. My insurance cards arrived 4 months after I started my policy with them. Billing is never accurate, so get ready to talk to the customer service team once a month. The tow package is a rip off considering they only give you 50 dollars to cover the costs, but a tow cost is well over 300 out here so do the math when you've had an accident. They tell you your older car is insured, but it's really not. Lots of fake promises, If your car is older than 5 years old and the cost of repair is over 5000, they will red flag your car, send an adjuster out to screw you over and not pay you. Theyll call it wear and tear, even if your policy is covering your older vehicle, they have ways to screw you over. Dont believe me, check this company out on better business bureau. You wont believe all the people the scammed over. If you're thinking about signing a policy with this company, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Unless you like getting screwed over, then go for it.
