They are very shady in a way with dealing with people. They told me my collision coverage was going to be expired by Friday and called them Thursday to talk about it and they cancelled it that same day. Patricia who works in their office doesn't know her job well. And i say that because when i called corporate office they told me that my policy stopped on the 27th of Feb....So you are telling me that my family could have got into an accident and not a single person from,their office told me that this coverage is no longer on my plan. Your best bet is to go to another allstate Agent and not this one. They are not trained well at all. And don't call me either to talk it out
