Overall Feedback:

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I called this morning to make a very simple address correction on an insurance binder and was met with immediate unprovoked attitude. The man on the phone was unhelpful rude and condescending, and at one point asked me "how this was his problem". Confusing question, being that it's literally your job to help people with their insurance policies? When I asked to speak to someone else he got angry and informed me that HE was the broker. I don't know how someone so unprofessional / lacking such basic communication skills can possibly run a business. Will be referring all my future customers to any broker except this one, Bill Goble gives Allstate a bad name.
