Just try canceling your insurance. After calling them again I was told I can cancel via email. I opened the email and downloaded the spot I was supposed to sign but it didn't work. What a surprise. Not.Did I try several times? Yes.Waited for snail mail, signed and mailed. Phone call, I didn't add the date. Can't you just add the date for me? Yes but when did you want it canceled?How about the FIRST time I asked you to cancel it? And now they said since it was past 30 days I had to send proof of my insurance. Proof of insurance to cancel my insurance?? Let me add I am two states away trying to settle things with my parents estate and still grieving. And that they are still trying to bill me when I said I wanted to cancel.No I would never recommend Allstate to anyone. Yes I am very happy with State Farm.
