Worst experience. I left state farm because my rate continously changed. Our real estate agent referred us to Blair at all state and it was just an awful experience. At first everything was fine but when we went to change there were issues due to the lack of this agencies timelyness. Opposed to accepting blame and taking responsibility, blair passed the blame onto his "secreteries", who made up stories. This is a bizarre agency. After I chose to switch, I mysteriously owed them an additional charge 100 bucks, i paid them my last month's insurance. I called to question the charge and was told 2 weeks ago it was because of an error on their end but they would contact me back once it was resolved. I have yet to hear from them and sent a new bill for a different amount. Not only is this agent unprofessional but so are his employees. I have never ever worked with a more deceiving company in my life.
