I have been with Bob's office for about 29 years and have had great service. He has helped me change my policy to get a lower cost and still get the coverage I need. Bob is a my first choice of any insurance agent. When I purchased a new vehicle, I called to get it covered and he let me know that it was already covered for 30 days on my policy so I could add it to my insurance when I got back from being out of state. Bob is A number one and a good Christian man.

These people are great. Getting started was a breeze. Melissa was great she took the time to answer any and every question that I asked. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed .Very professional and their customer service is thru the roof. I look forward to doing business with them for the years to come.

Bob Bynum and the Allstate Team in Newcastle are terrific! Having moved from another state I needed to change all of my policies from Home to Car to Boat and his office helped through the entire transition. I would highly recommend Bob Bynum and his Allstate Team!!
