Lied about discounts they could get me in an attempt to keep my business, only for me to get a surprise on my bill the next month.Policy expert who works for Allstate told me the person who pulled this could lose her license for it. Fries just defends these awful practices and is difficult to even contact. If I could give zero out of five stars I would. Strung me along for a month because they knew I was going to leave for Geico or Progressive and just wanted to squeeze a few more bucks out of me I guess. Could have just been honest. Worst of all they’re STILL sending me things. Believe me, you want nothing to do with this office. Don’t fall for their “small town charm” nonsense.
