Any semblance of vocal fry is not conducive to great customer service, so this office might research speech therapy or coaching. It might work for leasing consultants, but not for an insurance company needing to retain loyal clientele. Making an effort to at least convey a genuine sense of concern or care for the client, particularly over the phone, can go a long way. Slow down, and don’t sound so anxious to get rid of people when they contact you. Care about your clients, be sensitive to their individual needs, and you will do better in the long run. Namaste.

Horrible experience with this agent! Multiple issues from day one and 4 months later still having issues. Vin numbers on our car AND motorcycle and still not fixed! We will be searching for other insurance.

Finally I found an Agency that truly cares about their customers. I consider this a Great Agency and they are always striving to make sure we are properly insured . They are always working at doing the right thing for my Family and I, and are consistently staying in contact with us as well. That Is a first, compared to some other agency's we've dealt with.

Hands down the best insurance agency I’ve ever worked with. Every time they answer the phone it is a positive greeting with real customer service. I would refer anyone who needs any type of insurance. I have my car and boat insured through them and I love that my agent took the time to explain exactly what my coverages meant on my policies.

My husband just got auto insurance with this agency. The agent took the time to make sure he was insured properly and had his best interest in mind. Danny was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and was very transparent through out the whole process. We are very happy with the O'Quinn Insurance Agency!

I used to have an 800 type insurance agent. Come to find out my coverage was not appropriate at all. Danny walked me through my coverage, asked me questions and really customized my policy to what I needed. I can not believe my prior insurance company let me pick my coverage by drop down menu's and did not even explain what the coverage actually covers. Thank you
