We were customers for over 12 years without a claim. When we finally needed Brian Randall at Allstate, we were very disappointed. We had a individual policy on my wife's wedding ring for those 12 years. When she lost the ring in an accident, Allstate gave us the run around. They tried to pay out less than half the appraised value of the policy that we paid for 12 years. We had to work with some Allstate person that was not inside the agency. The whole process took almost 2 months, we didn't get the value out of the policy, and we left Allstate. They are not there when you need them. I would hate to see how they handle a more serious claim.
