We have loved having allstate brian and hos staff... cassandra is who we have talked to is amazing she has helped us with many question we recently had an accident and they took care of us and we had our truck back in 3 days. Amazing staff. We have our vehicle and renters insurance we are looking in to getting our life insurance also soon cassandra is so imformative we love her.

We have had nothing but problems with them! After being over charged time and time again we decided to switch insurance companies. It has been nothing but a headache! After 2 full months of trying to cancel we still have to make call after call to tell them to stop charging us and they also sent that it was cancelled a month earlier than it was. Now we have to prove we had insurance to avoid paying CPI. After multiple phone calls and no one knowing what went wrong we still don't have it fixed. We will never ever recommend them to anyone! Terrible service.

This Allstate location wasn't as helpful as I was hoping. They seemed confused about what I needed no matter how well I articulated my situation. They seemed all over the place explaining my options.

I had been with Allstate for almost 20 years and moved back to Utah 6 months ago and transferred everything to Brian. I received a check in the mail from Allstate and a notice that my insurance had been terminated on March 16th that's almost 2 months ago with no prior notice not even a phone call from his office. It's should be you are in mysterious hands with Allstate not good hands. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Who wants to be without insurance? Not me!

I had a complicated automotive insurance requirement in UT that several other brokers had not been able to address. Brian explained the different facets and how they interrelated. He then helped us resolve all of them in 2 days! Did a great job. I am recommending him to our friends.
