A woman who called her self the manager has the poorest customer skills and is definitely not a people person and is just horrible at problem solving and we'll was plan short with me and told me she didn't want to take my payment because they r now closed even though she answered the phone before they closed and was just acting like she did not want to help me at all because she was in a rush to go home for the day and instead of take my money for that company that she works for i do not k ow how she got a job as a manager as to the while. Conversation was like she was yelling at a boyfriend type like attitude I was so upset and she has me so nervous and so upset and I could not pay my bill and she also would not take a payment because she wants a email first and I have never heard of that before and also I'm old and I have under a doctors care I also suffer from ptsd and she was sitting up feelings in me that felt tarable like she was in a argument of some kind and it hurts my feelings because I have never been treated like that before at this company and she was the first who ever spoke to me in such a upsetting tone and I was in unbelief when she told me she was a manager there how could someone be a manager and have no people skills or phone skills with people at all I am a paying. Customer and just wanted to pay my bill and it was to much to ask as the ministers rolled after 5 o clock and then she felt she did not have to help me any more because all of a sudden they. Closed while we were talking on the phone and we'll wow just wow even if u r shopping in a store and they closed they still ring u up they do not kick u put because u were not at the register yet they wait not every one get to clock out at that very second and just stop helping a customer just because it just went a few minutes over so that is why she was being short and mean with me so I would just not have her help me I asked for a manager and she said she was it my jaw dropped so I don't know the email to the owner of this company but I hope he gets to see this email because he really needs to know he could be losing money due to this customer service and I'm sure he would not like someone mistreating his clients she did not want to take my money that puts money in her owners pocket I think that would also be bad business for him and for me too
