There are better places to purchase your Insurance. I was with them for 3 years, and no accidents, tickets, or any type of claim on both the home or auto. Than it happened!!! Auto jumped almost $200. for 6 months. When I questioned the increase I was told you both are over 75 now. Than she said (not Christine) add one your kids and that would bring your average down. I said I can't do that, the kids don't live here and that would be fraud. So I changed companies.

I have had Allstate since 2009. They covered my vehicles and my home. I have worked with several people at this office and only have good things to say. Christan Marrow and colleagues are great. Patti is so easy to work with whether you are filing a claim or changing your policy and makes it all so simple. I've never had an issue with this office and enjoy everyone here very much!

Allstate was very quick to respond to my claim and take all necessary actions to deal with the water damage to my home. My claim is still being processed, but I trust all will be done to address my issues
