Great people work here. When my fuance passed away they even called to check on me and asked if there was anything they could do. No other business did that. And i got the cheapest quote from them for when i get my insurance!

Rick is a looser.. I know a woman with 5 kids. Her home burned completely up. The company that is supposed to start fixing the house is saying rick is being cheap and is saying everything was messed up before the fire. (Lies) he doesn't want to restore the home. This is why Allstate is on the brink of being done. They dont care abt the people Them cheapscake workers they sent to clean the house and etc. Cut all the wires out the house so now we have to get electric work to.. I'm honestly trying to get her to draw up a civil matter.. because this is neglect at it's best. She's faithfully paid insurance and mortgage for years and now that its time for the insurance company to step up and do they're part ,they crying wolf and insulting the home owner by talking down on her house. Rick needs to be replaced or taken off her case. She has five kids who want to go home. This sh;t happened Aug September I think. Here it's almost may and nothing.. I think the windows just got boarded 2 days ago. Really Allstate? So why use your company if when it's time to fix things you have a guy like Rick wanting replace everything in the house with the cheapest of things? He refused to fix a screen door saying it was broke before the fire. Na that was the door that got snatch during the fire ti get in. But saving money your concern I see. The door situation came from saving lives. That's where Rick doesn't factor or apply..
