I've never been in an accident but last week I had my first one. My Allstate agent in Greenwood and the Company made the whole process very smooth and stress free. Within a few days my vehicle was sent to the bodyshop and a check was issued for damages. Couldn't be more pleased. I get my truck back next week. I get daily emails and calls updating me on the progress and to make sure I am happy. I had even thought about going somewhere else to save some money, but saving a few bucks isn't worth losing excellent service. I completely give Allstate as a recommendation for auto insurance.
