Phenomenal experience, i was literally helped every step of the way after getting into the forst accident of my life. They literally took care of every question I had. After switching over from Geico i cant explain how much better it is to actually have an agent to guide you through the claims procedure in comparison to calling a 1800 number. JUST SAYING.

As a former employee of this agency, I can confidently say, in my opinion, they are very unethical & rude individuals. They would make arrogant, disrespectful comments about clients immediately after getting off of the phone with them. Additionally, while I was in the office, a customer who’s struggling financially called to complain about different affordable options available to her that we’re not being applied to her policies or even mentioned to her, & the representative & manager both said, “we don’t have to tell you of the cheaper options.” While this is true, in my opinion, those comments wouldn’t dare be made by someone who values clients & has consideration for their financial situations.
