Overall Feedback:

Allstate was so friendly and so accommodating. I recently had my first ever accident (hit & run) and you guys made it so easy and I feel like everyone really cared about me and my vehicle. I've never had to deal with filing a claim before, so I had absolutely no idea what to do first and you guys were truly with me every step of the way. I used to have Farmers and that was a total nightmare, luckily I had never been in any kind of accident while I was with them, (they're scammers only in it for the $$$$) I already tell everybody to use Allstate :)
