If it wasn’t for Kelly I would be stuck with my old school insurance! Kelly looked after me and went above and beyond! Please Read! If you need someone with all the patience in the world and if you are looking to get treated like royalty Kelly is the way to go! I mean she is super super knowledgeable and super kind! Very pleased with the customer service and the quotes she provided me with. Owners should start promoting the online reviews to get more clientele..... it’s the new thing if anyone wants to know what kind of customer service you’ll get..

My experience has been exceptional! Mike is my agent and he made me feel welcome and thoroughly explained my policy and answered all my questions. I love this office! In fact, I would rather pay my premium in person because I enjoy visiting with Ann and the rest of the people that come out of their offices to greet me. I feel like part of the Allstate family! I even get to bring my puppy Capone to visit as well. It is the best experience I've ever had with an insurance company. This office exceeds any and all of my expectations! Love the Kubicki family ?
