This office dropped the ball several times in regards to my insurance. I switched over from progressive and it was the worst process I ever had to deal with. I filled out the paperwork, had pictures taken of my 3 vehicles. Then what do you know ... i get letters in the mail stating that my collision was dropped because the pictures were never submitted. I had to refill out all the paperwork. Ed came to take pictures of 2 vehicles and the 3rd was brought to him. He said he'd take care of everything. Months later, what do you know it ... 1 of the vehicles was never switched back. I called to say how that was incorrect; which in itself was not an easy task. I talked to 2 associates on different occasions, neither of which called me back. There is really only 1 woman at the office that was helpful, she was an angel to work with. Instead of billing me from that point forward, I received a bill to cover the entire period. And let's not even get into how the policy went up by several hundred dollars after 6 mo. The mistake the first time around should have been rectified by the office. But apparently efficiency and good customer service is too much to ask for. I wouldnt exactly say I was "in good hands" with this office. Bye bye allstate! Never again!
