I have 100% satisfaction with Allstate since 2012. They have proactively addressed any issues I might encounter. I have never had any problems with any of this Office above Everyone, and I do mean everyone is a constant Professional and a genuine Asset to his or her Company. Their friendly e-mail systems allow them to advise me when the bill is due and when my check has arrived at my bank for payment. It is also magnificent at keeping me up-to-date about my policy (Changes and New Products). Now that is how to beat stress, not miss a payment and be confident in your product. I cannot express my thanks to a man like Mr. Eric Jones. His knowledge base in regards to what Allstate can offer me with the latest updates. His Professionalism is with un-reproach. I put my Allstate Insurance Agent against anyone in the industry field. That is how confident I am. You know I get it now. I had totally forgotten Allstate's slogan ... "You're in good hands." "You Damn Skippy you are!"
