My mom has been a customer for a long time from this agency and the service has been good up until a couple of months ago when my mom had an accident and they've told me to call allstate to handle the business. My mom said no she's not doing that and told them to call. I recently had a problem with someone rear ending me and got the police report and went there for THEM to help because I'm a CUSTOMER. I got everything and told them what happened that I was involved in an accident and that it wasn't my fault because they rear ended me and they came out with the same story that I had to call them and have everything figured it out. Not happy with the customer service there. Will come tomorrow and talk to the manager about the experience I had and want this resolved. I pay them for a reason.... To have service when I need it.
