I have been an Allstate member for years and years, but we have been extremely disappointed in the processing of a claim through Allstate. We processed a claim through our insurance because of a car accident that was the fault of the other driver. Farmers Insurance Group was very slow in responding. Allstate did get things moving, but now we are told the brake failure of our Vette is not the result of the accident and so are refusing to pay for the repair. We have mulitple people who can attest to the fact that the brakes worked prior to the accident. When we reached out to J Mark Goings, he was abrasive, completely lacking in consideration to our problem, and has failed to return our phone calls. He has been more than willing to take our money over the years, but when we need help he is not there.
