Overall Feedback:

We unfortunately had a tree come down unexpectedly in our yard just a couple months after we moved in and secured Allstate as our provider. They have been incredibly helpful throughout the process and have relatively easy to work with. Our home is older so we've had to go through the process of getting custom quotes for replacement to the damage and they have been very patient and understanding. This was all in the midst of our wedding so they were EXTREMELY patient which was wonderful. The only thing I have feedback on is the timing availability of claims adjusters. This is not necessarily directly Allstate's fault but if there was more flexibility for when claims adjusters could come (ie weekends or evenings) that would be wonderful to help for those of us who work longer hours throughout the week! That being said, still great service, great help with everything!
