I made the switch over to Jennifer Ladd Allstate a couple years ago and i am very glad I did. The customer support is instant, no waiting on hold or having to call multiple times before you get a call back. I had my first big claim ever on my home in the spring of this year and they were very prompt with getting me in touch with a safe contractor and everything was fixed in a very timely manner. If you have a quick question that needs answered just call in the girls in the office are great and very personable. Overall I'm very pleased with Allstate and the service i have received with Jennifer Ladd's office and staff.
