I recently moved back to the area and went with allstate that i have had for years. They were quick with a quote but didnt bother changing my address to my local address. When i changed it in the computer, it made a policy update sending my insurance rate to almost double the quoted rate. When i called the person who answered said she would discuss the policy with her boss because she was new and would call me back. Since then i have called a total of 4 times with no answer and a message left. I have had no call back from them to this date. The last call was to tell them i canceled my policy and went with State Farm.
