Worst ever. Joe bought my policy after my last agent past away. Nothing but problems since. Terrible communication on their part. It's seems that he has new staff all the time, so their knowledge base is somewhat questioable. Never can get a straight answer from him or his staff. For whatever reason they try (and have done it) to cancel my policies. Never get an explanation what happened. I've been with Allstate for over 20 years and now thinking about leaving. I wish I could give a half of a star or less. If you don't believe what I wrote find me on social media and I'll give you more examples of his poor service.
