Called my agent Katie fusco to cancel my homeowners insurance policy because it wAs going up $700, but she never canceled it so then my mortgage company ended up wrighting checks to 2 different insurance company's. Causing a 2k escrow shortage, now trying to raise my house payment. called and spoke to another lady there a month later she verified my homeowners policy was never canceled. Thanks alot Katie! I'll be sure to share my experiences here. So was this on purpose for me leaving? Lazyness? Or a scam?You know they are hard up for reviews when you see your former agent leaving one
