This guy thinks he is so important. Never answers his phone. Are car broke down and we needed his help for the road side assistant and he still didn't answer this guy sucks! Don't know why he works in this business when he doesn't help people

Does a good job, but has a habit of not answering his phone calls and other correspondence with his customers on a timely basis. He needs to realize that when customers call they need to have things done in a timely manner.

John really knows his stuff. Easy Insurance agent to work with. He has really opened my eyes to different types of Insurance that you wouldn't think you would need or even knew existed. I highly recommend him
