Called about my homeowners insurance (got a flyer in the mail) The flyer said "call by 8/31/17 to review your quote. Mention code 4b09 & receive a $5 Dunkin donuts gift card!"I called to see if I could get the gift card without reviewing my quote (and to have them put me on the "do not contact" list.)Glen, the person I was talking to hung up on me after I said I wasn't interested in buying insurance.I immediately called back and spoke to John, and was instantly hung up on after I said who I was.I called a third time, pretty pissed this time and just said "I DONT WANT THE GIFT CARD, just take me off your contact list."Needless to say, terrible customer service. I Will be telling everyone I know never to buy though these hacks who call themselves agents.
