Comfortable am pleased with the rates on life auto an home insurance. 12 years ago I joined Allstate in Jasper Alabama an to date have no complaints. Every issue has been handled with a handshake a smile an in a timely manner. Very professional.

Price has been great. Agents keep in touch by email almost daily. We have not yet needed to test any of the services as of yet so we cannot otherwise evaluate the effectiveness of this insurance. Our only negative is we are sick of the dumb commercials so we request that Allstate go back to intelligent ads without stupid. Stop the voice overlay ads too.I even dislike the new father and son commercial because it is trivial and catters to sexual humor or stupid humor and it is therefore vulgar.
