We've had allstate for a few years now and have been happy....until now! We added a teenage boy to our policy and increased it over $250 a month. The insurance agent was contacted and left messages with no answer or call back. I felt like nothing would get done unless I was persistent. Oh and the following month our insurance raised another $20 and change from the previous month on auto pay! I never leave bad reviews but this was it and I feel like others should know about the poor customer service!
