It is unfortunate that to post to the review an individual has to at least get one star. I'm sure all of the nice things said about this business are all true and all friends of the agent. My wife and I have never had the experience we are going through right now with Allstate and I can assure you that mayhem is not what we are protected from, mayhem is collecting our premiums. One year ago winds damaged our roof which needed completely replaced, however the greed of Allstate decided only to replace the rear, we made the egregious error of giving in to their dodge work. Fast forward three weeks ago to the terrible storms that hit Sellersburg and here we go again. The adjustor says you need a whole new roof, so if you can show us a receipt for the work done last year we will approve a total replacement.........WHAT? Upon speaking to the agent, Mr. Heatley, he decides not to fight for me but agree to the silly estimate written by the adjustor from Texas(terrible by the way, he completely missed my garage damage inside and it grows worse daily). It is clear that the customer's best interest and their property is not as important to Mr. Heatley as his bottom line. It is such a shame to try and keep business local and find out that as spiritual as some people claim to be it is still the almighty dollar that governs them. Take this review to heart because it could, and probably will be you next time a claim rolls in and the Sellersburg office is penny pinching their payouts to save for summer vacation. Maybe the Wave3 trouble shooter should dig a little deeper, I assure you there are more people being taken advantage of than just little old us.
