I've been with Lanette since 2010. She helped me get the insurance I needed after my divorce when I realized I hadn't had insurance in my own name my entire adult life! She walked me through the entire process and always updated me on new features, discount options and deadlines. This was especially helpful after I suffered a head injury in an accident. I would forget I'd called her one day and call again the next. Both she and Amanda were never annoyed or seemed put out in the slightest. Even if they had to explain my coverage repeatedly. :-) They've gone on to help both of my teenage boys get their insurance started too. And I seriously will never trust another company the way I trust Lanette, Amanda and Allstate.
