Recently received a letter from our agent concerning a review of our coverage to see if we had adiquite coverage for our home and auto. This proceeds a call received two months ago saying they could not cover our home because my husband did some odd Upholatery jobs in the barn. We were very upset do to bring with them for 40+ years. And they said they would see what they could do for us being a long time customer. Never calling us back. We had it reviewed by another company. Finding we had very little coverage for what we were paying. We now pay 1/2 the amount for twice the coverage, even covering any liability for the barn/business. Check out our policies people. We feel very much taken advantage of. We thought they had us covered and they did not.

worst insurance agent in the county never in the office on time fails to return calls in a timely manner would give a no star rating but that is not possible
