Best I Experienced...Won’t Be Switching

Should be negative star rating. In the beginning we were young and manny took care of us very well and with integrity. Today he’s retired and other people handle his contracts. But they’re not doing the level of service he did. I don’t think he knows either. Lacking in attention to details. Bought 2nd home last year. I filed change of address in January 2019. I was informed at that time that I had no windstorm insurance (as required by state law.) some proposals were reviewed a selection made but, my mortgage co was billed erroneously by both companies and paid from my escrow! Now my account is in terrible deficit; firstly due to wind insurance never being figured into original closing costs and secondly multiple policies paid from my account! My updated info was never input thru all my files thus upon cxl of insurance policy due to duplicate coverage error and outdated address subsequent refund has not been generated since 3/12/19 and it has been postponed another 3-4 weeks due to internal company policy of generating refunds once a month. I’m so frustrated by the lack of urgency and flippant attitude regarding my account that I will be terminating all my policies including those I referred that will follow me elsewhere. So much for being a loyal customer for over 30 years. Terrible. Business must be so good they can afford to lose existing customers?!
