I was told by a ‘Ronald’ that if I switched my health insurance to my own instead of Allstate’s my monthly payments would go down $100 a month. First, he sends me someone’s homewowners policy by mistake instead of my car insurance, not the kind of mistake you should be making dealing with peoples personal information. Then he informs me that it’s my premium that will go down $100 and not my monthly payments. Even though that is NOT what he explained to me at all. Then he tells me that my policy will be updated as of the day I handed in the proper paper work and my next payment should reflect it. 3 weeks later and the same payment gets taken out. I call and speak to Ronald who informs me that he’s not sure why it didn’t take effect and will take effect on the next NEXT months payment. Bunch of liars and thieves who have no idea what they are doing.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I signed up for a policy with this agency quite some time ago. June of 2017 when I added a car and a driver, they decided to cancel my collision coverage on one of the other cars on my policy and not tell me. 6 months later I got into an accident and they will not admit that they made a mistake, after I told them I was going to pursue this further all of the sudden two of the other cars on my policy were now not eligible for coverage, even though they wrote the policy after asking for all the supporting details. Interestingly enough all of these issues were caused by the same individual. Would NEVER recommend them.
